SMF 2.0 RC3 --> VB Questions

So I am looking at going from SMF 2.0 RC3 to VB - I have looked at the Impex information and just wondering how easy the transition from SMF2 is to VB 4?

Also is there a section on here where I can find someone willing to do the transfer over for me for $$$?
