Users Can't Post Comments on CMS

Hi, first post I think.

Simple question - Seems to be an impossibility to post comments on the CMS on my site. When I first launched it, all worked fine, just started to get reports that comments aren't displaying - even when trying to post a comment under the admin account, nothing shows.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there code blocking the comment from being submitted? Anyone able to help?
