Add an outside link to main nav bar

May be a simple question, but I'd like to create a link to my wordpress site on the main nav bar of the VB forum. Can this be done? how?

Several mods to do that (search on "*tab*") or there are a couple of articles that explain how to do it (in the vB4 articles section).
