datastore question
 

I've read this article https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=110628 on using the datastore. It has an example of keeping some menu data in a table then reading it and putting it in the datastore. My question is, is there any reason that I shouldn't just stick something in there to make it persistent without having it saved anywhere else?

There is some data stored in there that isn't stored anywhere else (total number of users comes to mind). I see no reason you couldn't do so also.
