vbulletin.org's blinking private message notification for vb4?
 

me too many of my members dont even realize or reply to Notification ; i could not find any MOD for this in V 4

sorry this is not the same i want the area behind the text "Notification" to flash or change color I dont have place for extra icon on my forum i already have other extra stuff :(

Then you aren't explaining what you want very well. The OP said he wanted the flashing icon like we have on here - that is what Jack12 provided a link to. If you want something different, then you should post an image of what you want since you obviously don't want what this thread is about.

The thread name suggests Blinking PM Notification it does not mention any where about any extra icon to server the purpose, you are assuming Octavius is talking about icon he has not mentioned or asked for icon
What I understood and want is not an additional icon but just the area to flash or change color so that it catches attention of users , which is nothing new there were already few MODs for the Vb3 some thing similar to

the other one i am unable to search which used to change the back ground color of the area behind the Notification
I dont know how to make a image to explain how it should show up any ways attaching the area that should be impacted hope this is detailed

This is a terrific mod! Such a little update with a little blinking bling... and the users are elated! LOL.
