Thumbnails not creating or working

Anyone got any ideas? They stopped working when upgrading to vbulletin 4 a while back, and now I have got the groups sorted I'd like the thumbnails to work

No settings have been changed so not sure what has made them break..

Anyone got any ideas as to what could cause this?
