Fixed Forum and Auto Resizing Banner

How do I make my forums fixed?

We use to have a fixed style when we had vb3 but we just upgraded to vb4 a week ago and I cant figure out where this is at.

Also, how do I set it up so that my banner auto adjusts its size (and keeps its aspect ratio) based on the screen resolution of the person viewing the forums?

Ok, Ive figured out how to make my style fixed but still could use some help with the banner thing. :)
