Trying to change 2 small things
 
Hi guys , I recently upgraded to VB 4.0.7 and its made some adjustments to me header. Now im not sure how to get them back to how they were.

Here's what i mean :

Where it says "good evening etc etc" , that used to be on the blue bar above. Also the gap between the header and the main forum was not there.

Can anyone please advised on how to fix these 2 issues ?
