Switching from IPB to vBulletin
 
A lot of users were imported good and some showed up weird.

If their original name was мista Ĵαγ.Ŧиё С} in the IPB and then in the vBulletin it turned out to be like this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2010/10/40.png. How do I fix the problem without going through a lot of users and revert it to it's original place.

Bump, I am having the same problem. Would like to get this solved ASAP, I know there has to be a way.
