admin ok, registered user problem

I have installed 4.0.7, and the admin sees eveything okay, the registerd user however just sees and attachment link in the inline attachments and one of my custom mods doesn't work properly. I t shows some HTML code instead of custom fields..This is very oddd

Make sure registered users can download attachments. Also make sure they have Can See Images checked in the forum - Settings > General Settings
