Placeholder for comments on the frontpage.

To my understanding, the above forum is used by moderators to moderate comments made to an article in the Home page; and it should not be accessible by members without the appropriate permissions.

Members of my board are able to respond to this particular forum even though it is hidden while comments to the main article are not reflected in this forum

What am I missing ?
