Avatars - Some work, Some don't

I upgraded to VB4 over the weekend. I reloaded the same avatar set I had in VB 3.8. Only 8 of them work out of the 50 I had previously. The same happens with the Smiley's. Any reason why this is happening? Are they new limitations on on avatar types, file size or something else?
