Individual Permissions.
 

I understand how the access masks work (I think), however, the only thing they allow as far as i can tell is to restrict access to a specific forum. What i want to do is have the ability to edit user permissions down to the core, such as overriding the usergroup permissions, and disallowing them to post, however allowing them to view the forum in question.

let me know if i need to explain it a bit more.
