Find Duplicate Ip & or Name

Hello
I would like to ask if anyone has or know where can I get pluggin to check duplicate registration. ( By the IP & or Name )
My forum has 1000's or registered people
Now would I like to see if any of the current people has registered multiple times.
If have to compair each ip manualy it will take 10 years.
