Flashing envelope for PM
 
I have seen a flashing envelope when recieving a PM, but can only see it for version 3.xx, is there one for vbulletin 4.0.7 please?

Are you sure that's for PMs? Usually there's a popup for PMs. There's a mod that flashes for new reputation.
