need a little help please..
 

so..this is my first time installing a mod.

this program is showing as installed on my admin cp, however when i click on the link under the arcade section on the left of the screen i keep getting this message:

Warning: require(./arcade/functions/functions.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/admincp/arcade.php on line 37

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './arcade/functions/functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/nail/public_html/forums/admincp/arcade.php on line 37

what did i do wrong? thanks!:erm:

make sure you uploaded all the files to the correct dir's..
it's looking for files and don't see them

that's the problem..i'm not sure which directory to upload them too.:confused:

grab what in the upload folder from the zip file.. and upload it to your forum root dir
