Strange problem with video bbcode

Hi I am having trouble with the video bbcode.

When I post the video tag it wraps [url] tags around the link breaking the embed code

So for example it would look like so:

[video][url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnBae2plK1U[/ url][/video]

This happens when the plugin system is disabled so it is not a hack causing it.

Any ideas?
