If a mod is marked "reusable code"

If a mod is marked "reusable code" but is now in the graveyard, can I re-release it if I give credit to the original author? I just want to verify because this seems like it would be within the rules and customs of vbulletin.org. The mod in question doesn't appear to be in the graveyard because of a security exploit.

Its most likely in the GY because they deleted it. However, if it was marked as re-usable, then I see no reason you could not do what you ask.
