Custom Widget to top of my forum?

Does anyone know if there is a mod that will allow me to place custom external HTML into a forum block spanning the top of my forum?

I have an external chat box from shoutmix.com and I want to place it in a box similar to the forum sidebar block but I want it to always be on the top of my forum, not the side.

I have seen a few "anywhere sidebar" mods but not one that allows me to place it at the top of my forum.

Running vb4.0.3
