4.0.7 moved a post's scroll bar to the bottom of the post?

make sure your browser window isn't wide enough for the images...

notice how the side scroll bar is at the bottom of the post? It used to be at the bottom of the browser, so as you scrolled down the page you could grab it and scroll right to left on EACH image... Now it's very broken if you have a lot of images on your forum (mine is a photography forum)...

Anyway to move that back to the bottom of the browser insead?

any update on this? First I had to figure out how to disable the automatic resizing of large images that vBulletin was doing, and now a frame has been added to posts with large images. How can this be disabled easily? Is my only option to dive into the templates and start hacking again?
