Welcome panel and random banner system?
 

Hello, I don't know if these two things exist so I thought i'd request them, if they already exist it's even better.
I'm looking for a welcome panel (like for the older version ov Vbulletin, the ones that show your avatar, say how many new posts there have been, etc) and a plugin that lets me put random banners on the index page, and only on the index page, wich will show another random banner at each refresh.

Someone let me know if those things exist? Thanks!

The "welcome panel" was never part of vbulletin, it was a separate mod called vbadvanced and it's still available for vb4 at www.vbadvanced.com

That's not what I meant, I meant an ad that changes every time someone refreshes.
