If you paint out the interesting part of the url, it's hard to understand what exactly goes wrong here...

Are you sure you uploaded the forum in the correct folder?

if "/www" is your http root directory and you uploaded the forum to "/www/forum" with the index.php being located at "/www/forum/index.php" then you have to adress "http://yoururl.tld/forum" instead of just "http://yoururl.tld"

hi, thanks for replying!

the name i blured out is just the folder name where i installed the forum. i think i was told i the turtorial to create one.
idk what the cgi-bin folder is, its empty it seems.... atleast when i view it from filezilla

when i press the link that i bured out i go to my forum and it works perfectly.

do u think i can copy all files thats in the folder and paste it directly to the public_html folder then delete the folder i painted out

i had to move all files to my root folder and update in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details and update the Forum URL.
