Remove (no prefix) from prefix dropdown

Hi

In our site all our forums REQUIRE use of prefix, hence, how can we remove the (no prefix) option from the dropdown?

search through your phrases to find the text, and variable name, then search through the templates to find where that variable is and remove it from the drop down.
