Automatic link creator?

Lots of my users post links to other site, but still seem unable to complete those links using the simple BB Code linking option.

I'm sure I've seen a mod which does this automatically - can anybody point me in its direction?

vbulletin parses links by default, for example I don't need to use bb code to makethe following link: www.juot.net
