forum is broken down

hi

my forum is fully broken down, I can access pages, but when I try to read pm's or make a new post i get a http 500 internal server error

anyone any idea on how to fix this ?

With that error i would say to contact your hosts as it could well be there end thats got issues!

what happen when it crashed
what's the last thing you changed
what's the url
what did you host say about the 500 errors?
