"What's going on box" in sidebar on every page?

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping you can help me. I'd like to make the "what's going on" (WGO) box appear in the sidebar on every page on the site. I'm using the "everywhere sidebar" mod to make the sidebar appear globally but I can't figure out how to add the WGO box to every page in the sidebar. Can anyone tell me what template or code to update?
