how can i make a inherited style from a diff ?

Hi, i had buyed a theme with thre different colors, which are 3 different XMLs, but they are the same on a 99% and i was wondering if i could run a diff with one of them as a base and generate two new XMLs for importing them as inherit styles...

this way i do not have to edit templates on three themes...

my isuee is what i have to keep for this to work...

the code boxes bellow are some diferences between them (differences in bold), my main concern is what part of the similarities do i have to keep for this to work...

IE: in the second code block, can i keep just the .navbar and background property or i need the whole .navbar block ?

Code:

                <template name="additional.css" templatetype="template" date="1279496101" username="aa" version="4.0.5">@charset "UTF-8";

Code:

.navbar {
        background:url(images/styles/xx/style/navBG_blue.gif) repeat-x top left;
        position:relative;
        height:73px;
        font:{vb:stylevar navbar_font};
        color:{vb:stylevar navbar_link_color};
        width:100%;
        padding:0;
        margin:0;
}

Code:

.thead_bar .theadrow {
        background:#256e97;
        display:block;
        width: 100%;
        float: {vb:stylevar left};
        position:relative;
        line-height:20px;
        font-size:11px;
        border:0;
        border-bottom:1px solid #e7e4dc;
        border-left:1px solid #c4c0b5;
        border-right:1px solid #c4c0b5;
        color:#eae7df;
}

Code:
