where is the mod to search for similar threads on new post?

I can't find it anywhere. It's the mod that shows if there are similar threads when a user makes a new post. or maybe it has a button beside the "title" box to search for similar threads, I can't remember which, but I've seen it on a few boards some time back.

Does anyone know what I'm rambling about?

search "similar" in "all mods" "titles only" and I'm sure you will come across it.
