sorry to sound stupid, can anyon tell me where i can change the colour of the background bar which contains the arcade menu see the attachment

one other tiny thing i have lost the whole top of my template when accessing the forum, any ideas on this too

open the templates for your style..
them find ARCADE ..
open it up .. delete whats inside and replace with
then click save
