vBulletin.com Update to 4.0.7
 
Please note that we plan to update vBulletin.com to 4.0.7 tomorrow morning Pacific time. There will, of course, be some downtime to upgrade and test before the forums is turned back on.

The intention is to fully test 4.0.7 on our site prior to an intended public release next week.
