User notifications - rotates and says 'undefined'

On my website (my username dot com) if you are logged in my user notifications is for some reason rotating from "Your Notifications" to 'undefined" which should be "Your Private Messages" (i think). The drop down is gone for some reason and PM information is gone.

Any ideas how this could have happened?
