vb.org Archive - Prevent viewing of pics by visitors

Ive done a search and couldnt find this addressed anywhere, so wanted to ask here.

I am looking for a way to prevent people who are not logged in, from viewing attached pictures.

If you arent logged in, you cant see pics that are 'attached' using the forum attachments, but if someone posts a pic that is simply linked from somewhere else like photobucket, they can be seen by unregistered visitors by simply clicking on the link. Same issue with short vids, (animated gifs?) I want to block them from being able to be viewed by visitors.

Is there a way to prevent this?
