Garbage displayed in General Settings

Forum Actions > General Settings I am getting nothing but a garbled page. I am just using the stock template setup. The only change has been the colors. Ideas?

Looks like your CSS is all screwed up.

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse that page using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

What was the last modification/s you did/undid to your forum prior to that happening?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

That was it! It turned out that I had a couple of stale/obsolete plug-ins installed. I just uninstalled them and everything is fine again.
