Invite Only registration

Hi guys, i have a web site with vbulletin 4.0.6 and would like to have a hack that let's me give each member 10 invites, so they can invite friends for the site. Registration to the public is closed, only invited people can join. Does this hack exist ?
A website that works like this is www.asmallworld.net
