Bumping
 
For some reason, threads don't bump to the top of the forum when someone posts in them. How the hell do I fix this?

Do you have any mods that auto-merge double posts, or something along those lines?

If so, because it merge's it, it won't bump it.

No.

What I mean is, threads DON'T BUMP AT ALL.

Person A makes thread.
Person B makes another thread.
Peron C posts in Person A's thread.
Person B's thread is still above Person A's thread.

You probably have your thread display options set to sort by something other than last post date.
