where did you get that style ? what version is that ?

you should be able to do that pretty easy , thats the top ad space above forum home it looks like, to put that extra box in red around the ad? if so just expand the padding in stylvar for that ad space. if that is not an ad and its just what your looking to do, its the top ad header in advertising, that should be an option in any version over 4.0.0

I'm using version 4.x . I can create that box with advertising function of Vbulletin 4.x, but I want to create some box in navbar? How can I do?

ok so your trying to get the headers ads below your navbar so your style stays the same as this forums looks?
