PM Question
 

Currently when I receive a PM message, I can read the content
of the PM without going to the forum. How can I set this up
so that users do see the actual content which would force
them to come to the forum?

Simple:You must edit the phrase which has the PM text sent to emails

Take the PM out and you will force users to come to your forum instead of readign their PM on email reports.
