Move search bar?

I have the google search bar above everything.
www.mitsuworld.com/forums

How do I get it in the nav bar like they have it on www.toyotanation.com

Also the background color was black so the google image looked good but I changed it to white and now it looks like crap. Am I allowed to change this?

Also on the toyota site there is an ebay search field. Does ebay have an adsense program as well?
