Skins by Usergroup

Maybe I'm missing something obvious but is there a way to limit the skins on my board to particular usergroups?

I have banner ads on the default skin and would like to make a copy for an upgraded member skin that has no ads.

I searched in the 4.x section and have found nothing. Would one of the mods from 3.x possibly work?

you can in the admincp under ad management say what usergroups do or dont get certain adverts. You shouldn't need a seperate skin for that if I'm not mistaken.
