Log IN/OUT issues
 

I am having trouble logging in and logging out. It doesn't matter where I log in either (forum, admincp) its all the same the page goes white says done at the bottem and stays there.

its the same on multiple computers and same on IE and firefox. I need help as I can't have my users frustrated with log in issues.

Go to http://members.vbulletin.com, then edit the license of the forum, and change the site URL to www.yoursite.com.

tried that no luck

Clear your cookies

type the address http://www.fantasyhockeycoach.com/login.php?do=login

Remamber to type this address and not use your favourites as that is

http://fantasyhockeycoach.com/login.php?do=login

So making sure you have the "www" part

yeah that didn't work either.

When I click on that link

http://www.fantasyhockeycoach.com/login.php?do=login

it redirects no problem but when I log in via the site it just sits on a white page

What is the error are you getting? Also are you running the mobile theme as the default?

Does this issue happen with the default theme too?

Try making http://yoursite.com redirect to http://www.yoursite.com. That worked for me when I had this problem.
