how to send another email

How can i send another email after the email activation as like thanks for registering check out these cool stuff.

Admicp/options/send welcome email ----edit title and body.

No like after someone registers on the forum they get an email activation, just after it sends another email with custom stuff, i didn't see send welcome email.
