How do I stretch the Header image?

Greetings all

On my clan forums : www.dfmod.co.uk

My header is one size. What i'd like to be able to do is have it stretch automatically for everyone depending on their resolution? As currently every different person dependent on screen res is going to see it either bigger or smaller and would like it to fit nicely for everyone.
