Why Facebook Connect?

Now that VB4 has the Facebook Platform built in; with a user bridge, as well as like buttons and publishing built in... why do people use Facebook Connect? For the same reason, why do they use VBseo?

I only use Facebook Connect.
vBseo is not needed.
