How do I do that?

They just used divs and cut up the header . Each div the assigned an image ..right / middle / left image.

I was wanting to know how to move the logo. It's to far down and I want to move it to the right some. I had it fixed before, but when I uploaded the updated skin it went back to default location.

you need to adjust the template's header middle image, from what i see in firebug ;)
