Would someone be kind enough to help me understand how to get avatars into my forum barrelandblade.com? I downloaded some onto my harddrive but don't know how to them onto the server to be able to access them from the forum? Thanks in advance for your help.

admin cp > avatars > upload avatar Make sure the directory you are putting them in (Avatar File Path) is chmod to 777

Do I need to create that folder on my webserver or is it within the vBulletin system when I am in the CP?

If you look at that page, you are the one that enters the path to the avatar. So, you may pick wherever you want to store them. You may create a new directory or use one that already exists. I think the default is to use the images/avatars directory that comes with vbulletin (but isn't chmod to 777 unless you do so).
