vbulletin home php opening new link

Hi,

I have a vbulletin forum 4.0.6 using Tabs Add System for vBulletin 4 (sstab advanced) mod which is this: here

And i don't know how to make a home.php file so i made a name tab called "Home" and put the link within this mod pointing to the homepage also using vbadvanced and when i click it makes a new link i like to only have it as you see on this forum where you click on it brings you to home forums etc..

Can anyone please show me how to do this?
