[Suggestion] Ability to change priority text

Out development change management uses
Routine, Standard, Critical Emergency.

It would be cool if we could change in the admin console
1 Highest, 2,3 ,4 etc to
Unknown
1 Emergency
2 Critical
3 Standard
4 Routine
