I am looking for a wheel of chance type modification for 3.8

the idea is the member would "spin the wheel" or something similar. Depending on where the wheel lands they could earn or lose point, receive item from point shop, be unable to post (maybe be "jailed") , be unable to lose an avatar, and other rewards or loses that would be interesting. I use VBcredits/vbshop and don't know if its ok to say on this board I would be willing to make a reasonable donation to someone for making this for me.
