having trouble changing vbulletin banner in filezilla

I have made a new template that says the forum name to replace the vbulletin in the upper right left hand corner (the file is vbulletin4_logo.png) I have built the template in photoshop 8 elements and named it the same file name and went to filezilla and uploaded it to overwrite the original. Well, on my computer when I go to the site, it worked and I see my template. When I check it from my iphone, its a red x. What am I doing wrong? Am I somehow only uploading it local and not remote? I am running Safari on Mac 10.5.8

I am revisiting this...I can't figure out how to use filezilla...its been a year...I am looking to change certain icons on my forum...how do I find where icons are on filezilla on the left hand side of filezilla???
