Admin/Mod control panels as subdomains
1 Attachment(s)
Hello,
More brains outside my head than in so I thought I would ask for some help. I would like to move both folders to subdomains. Main forum page is the-sps.org which is the forum and is in the root of the public HTML folder. I created 2 subdomains. admincp.the-sps.org and modcp.the-sps.org, both the folders for these are located in the public root along with the forum. So really it seems like all I'm doing is creating the 2 subdomains and pointing them at the existing Control Panel folders . Thought I was onto a winner but when I attempted the address I get a white login page, when I attempted to login I got a 404. I have a ticket open with support but Lynne doesn't think it's possible without a major bit of tinkering. Has anyone been able to do this or is anyone prepared to help me get this sorted? |
